Return & Refund Policy

At Sewing Inspo, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make things right with a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

  1. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  2. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  3. Sale items or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

  1. Get in Touch: Email us at sewing.stretch@gmail.com or call +1 929-267-6855 to let us know you’d like to return an item. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Send It Back: Carefully pack your item and ship it to:

    (Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
  3. Review & Refund: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund if it meets our return criteria.

Refunds

  1. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  3. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or a replacement for a defective item, we’re happy to help. Just contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
